GRE Tubular Lining

API 15CLT · DNV

Glass-reinforced epoxy (GRE) tubular lining provides a permanent internal corrosion barrier for oil and gas pipelines operating in sour, sweet, and produced water service. USE manufactures and installs GRE liners qualified to API 15CLT with full traceability per joint.

Our field crews execute insertion, thermal cure, make-up, and drift verification — delivering a complete installed system, not just a product.

External Wrapping

ISO 21809 · NACE

Multi-layer polyethylene and polypropylene tape systems for external corrosion protection of buried, submerged, and exposed pipelines. Application follows ISO 21809 with surface preparation to Sa 2½ and controlled overlap requirements.
